Are you just starting out, and want to just get your name "out there"?  You might want to start out with a template, which is a pre-designed theme, where you can just fill in your info.  Below, you will see a ton of templates.  These are paid templates that you can purchase.  There are also "sample" templates that are free.  If you go with a template, and have the info that you want to insert, then I will go with an hourly rate to upload the template and put in your info.  You will still need a domain name and website hosting.  Call me and we can work out a plan to get your website up and running.   (763)222-3639
